Return Policy
Diamond Delights 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Our 30-day return & exchange policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or refund (shipping charges if charged separately, are not refundable).

Return and Exchange Instructions

You don’t need a Return Authorization number for the return your item. Please be sure to include the original packing slip, and the return form with your return(s). Check the “reason for return” box on the return form. This will help us process your return as quickly as possible.

We will not process the return if there is no packing slip or any order information inside the package.

To qualify for a refund, all returned merchandise must:
  •  be in original condition with the original jewelry box (or Gift Box).
  •  includes the original packing slip and return form.
  •  include original warranty materials or certificates, sent with the product you purchased.
  •  includes original promotion gifts, sent with the product you purchased.
  • pack in a protective package
  •  shipped via an insured shipping method

You should NOT write "Diamond Delight", "Jewelry", or other jewelry-related words anywhere on the package as this invites possible theft.

We advise that the package should be insured for its full value and request for delivery acknowledgement as the confirmation of parcel received by Diamond Delight. Diamond Delight is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit.

For your own protection, please save your shipping receipt and acknowledgement of delivery until you receive your refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, our gemologists will inspect and verify the condition of the items. After approving the authenticity, we will issue a refund to you in the original form of payment. Returns and exchanges will take approximately 5 to 7 business days to process upon receipt of the item.

To prevent unnecessary fraud, all applicable refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will automatically apply the funds back to the credit card or PayPal account used when purchasing the items(s). Please note if you no longer have access to the credit card or account used for purchases, it will be your responsibility to contact your banking institution, credit card company, or PayPal to find out how to access the money that is refunded, which should be done before you return the product to us for refund.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us right away. We greatly appreciate the chance to make things right. Please contact us by phone or via email immediately with the information below for further assistance:
  • Your order number, contact information and the short description of the issue.
  • Please do NOT send the incorrect, damaged or defective item(s) back to us without advance confirmation from us.
  • We will provide you the pre-paid return shipping label that you can use for returning the issued item(s). Each order will be handled individually; therefore, please contact us right away once you receive the incorrect order.
Other Terms and Conditions

1.  Diamonddelight will refuse to accept improperly packed, damaged or uninsured   packages.

2.  Your returns may not be entitled for refund or exchange for any of the following reasons.

a.  Any returns after 30 days of receipt of our shipment of product to you.

b.  If the articles are observed with the traces of wear and tear, alteration, resizing, damaged or any other kind of alteration.

c.  Order with customer request for special ring sizes are considered as final sale hence not covered under this 30 day return policy.

3.   The shipping costs incurred for return of articles shall be borne by you and will not be refunded by Diamond Delight.
