For the benefit of our customers, we insure all the shipments to the full value of the articles to cover the risk in transit, and deliver through reputed courier services like UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS to ensure safe delivery of the products you purchase.
An email notifying you about the shipment with details like courier name, shipping method and tracking number will be sent out no sooner the goods are delivered to the courier.
Your order will be shipped and delivered free. We decide courier and shipping method depending upon destination and order value. Your order is expected to arrive at your doorstep in 2 to 3 business days after shipment.
Domestic shipment to Alaska and Hawaii addresses will be charged $8.99 and you can expect it to arrive in 5-8 business days after the shipment.
At the present time, we only ship orders to Canada - via insured FedEx International Priority. Customers will be charge $40.00 for Canada shipment.
The shipping cost will not be refunded in case of any Returns or Exchanges.
International customers are fully responsible and liable for any taxes, duties, customs fees or other charges. Every country has different rates applied to all above charges, and Diamond Delight has NO control over these international charges.
If an order is returned to us as Undeliverable by the carrier, or a package is refused to accept by the recipient for any reason, Diamond Delight reserves the right to charge the return shipping charges and any taxes, duties, customer fees if they are applied.

In the event that you need your order to arrive faster than the method specified above, we offer shipping upgrades for a minimal fee during checkout process on our website. This service is only applied for Domestic Orders. At Diamond Delight we offer free shipping on every domestic continental US street address order. Some items may take extra days to process. Signature Requirements for Delivery:
Signature required upon delivery by UPS or FedEx, regardless of any waivers you have from UPS or FedEx. Please arrange for an eligible recipient to be at home to sign for the package. This requirement is for your protection. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create. However, it is our responsibility to ensure you do receive your valuable purchase. - At present time, we only ship orders to street addresses. We are not able to ship orders to PO Box or APO locations.
- For all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

Shipping Charge Policy
If the order is returned to us as “undelivered” by shipping courier services (e.g. UPS, FedEx and USPS) due to incorrect address provided by the customer or there is refusal from the customer / recipient to take delivery of the parcel for any reason, Diamond Delight reserves the right to charge the return shipping charges to customer.
How to know the estimated delivery date:
We offer express shipping to our customers which usually take 2-3 days to deliver the order to your doorstep after the shipment. However, please note that shipping does not mean overnight processing. This 2-3 days shipping time does not include the time taken to process your order, which includes time taken in receiving /confirming the payment, which may involve few days, and to obtain or manufacture the ordered item. We shall, however, inform you about the estimated delivery date along with the email confirming your order.
Once the product has been processed, the order will be shipped so as to reach you within 2 to 3 days. In case of any delay in processing of the order we will keep you informed by email.
Shipping Items with Different Availabilities
